Important Deadlines

Del Rey University offers Winter, Spring, and Summer semesters. The Winter semester starts on December 1st and ends on January 10th.
The Add/Drop deadline for courses is 4 days after classes start. As for the withdrawal deadline for courses, they end on December 15th, and if withdrawn after, your GPA will be affected.
Tuition payment deadline for the Winter semester is on December 5th; however, it may be extended by a month depending on the student's new player status.

Course Structures

Courses are primarily Professor driven aside from the curriculum standards. Professors set a syllabus for each of their courses and determine how the class will operate. These include the dates for its attendance, late work policy, extensions, extra credit, projects (if applicable), the Midterm and Final Exam.

Holiday Breaks

Students will be excused from assignments during the Winter Break which is from December 23rd to December 27th.

Academic Probation

Academic Probation is assigned to students who fail two courses or earn a GPA below 2.0 during the semester. Students placed on probation may not enroll in future Del Rey University programs until they complete a faculty-approved remedial assignment or retake the required course. This policy ensures that all students meet the academic standards necessary for successful progression in their studies.

Academic Dishonesty

Del Rey University maintains a zero-tolerance policy for academic dishonesty. Plagiarism, cheating, falsifying participation, sharing exam answers, or misrepresenting work will result in automatic failure of the assignment and may lead to course failure or removal from the program. Repeated violations will result in immediate dismissal from the university.
